I just changed mine two seconds ago, no need to go into the .artwork files anymore, just make the transparent 1x96 png as before, but title it BarLCD.png and put it in your telephonyUI with your bottombarbkgndlock.png and it'll get rid of the top bar

Thank you!
I was just about to attempt to do everything including altering the artwork file until I saw your message.. I literally spent like over an hour trying to figure everything out and then I saw your answer at the very bottom.. I easily changed the image and now my top bar is the way I want it to be! Thanks Calmfixup!

This thread isn't for iOS 6 so that's why there is still the grey line. At a guess that file could be apart of the [email protected]k file which I'm not sure it can be extracted yet?

Ahh ok, sorry I said I wasn't too sure. Looks like iOS 6 has been extracted

Have you gone back to that original thread where it's extracted the "other.artwork"? The file you are looking for I'm guessing is like 1px by 6-10px high an then stretched across the lockscreen like the rest of the lock bars.Twitter Id: @Jato_BZ

Where is this "other" artwork located? I have extracted both lots of iOS 6 "[email protected]" and "[email protected]~iphone.artwork" and looked thru those files with no luck.

so just a recap:
i you delete the other.artwork file from iOS6, the lines are gone?
So it is one of those files.
I've looked through .plist files to identify the source, but can't find it.
I also (well we all) need to delete that line of shade.
Does any one knows where the source file is of the lock screen?
You can alter that file and just leave the lines out.... or not?

Any iOS 6.1 LS on Cydia that doesn't have the lines in the screenshot will have the file you need in theme/UIImages folder...
