invisible icons

ok so i have an iphone 2g with 2.1 and i have the blackberry storm theme. and for some reason it has 4 invisible icons pop up all the time. i delete them but they still pop up. i read another thread saying it might be spacers but i mean if i dont delete them while im in the middle of a program it keeps me off. no matter if its a game, facebook or even my email.
im confused what to do any type of advice?
