question on setting a theme

So I just jailbroke my iPhone for the first time I am trying to get the iNinja theme to work.

I downloaded off of cydia all 3 of the iNinja things listed on there but for some reason its not turning my Text icon into the iNinja design of icons.... Also BossPrefs does not change either but I guess I cant expect all of them to change....but the Text one I thought should have since its a standard icon everyone has...

Also I downloaded a couple of the carrier themes is there anyways to change the iNinja carrier symbol into the Pwned! symbol? I have the .zip on my desktop. I do have SSH setup I assume I need to use it to make it work...

I downloaded 2 different carrier themes will I be able to switch between the two whenever I want?
