the keyboard not changing in certain areas?

like in the app store and texting when you are in the 'to' category ... i know subywrex in his theme got it to change ... where is the folder to change this to the keyboard i am using?

Not a very clear question, but the keyboard files are located at private/var/stash/Themes/(keyboard theme)/UIImages

this is what i mean look when the cursor is in the 'to' section the keyboard is the original apple

when in the 'subject' section it goes to the storm keyboard which i have active on my phone
