I just recently got into making my own icons and such for my itouch, something I love doing, I do web design as a hobby and used to love making my own textures/maps etc for games like Soldier of Fortune.

Well here's my current spring board.


I FINALLY managed to replace every app icon, but as you can see, something is off, on a select few of them, they seem to have what appears to be no transparency around the edges/or A LOT more drop shadow than intended, and some have that glossy "shine" effect on top. Neither of these defects are in my icons, so some where in the app folders their adding that stuff in, but I have NO CLUE what to look for to get rid of it. Any ideas?

On a side note, what do you all think of it other wise? The icons, the background, the dock image, even the carrier logo are all mine, once I get this simple stuff down I might start trying to skin other things, but I'd be lucky considered my girlfriend makes it hard to be on the computer at all :P
