cant change transperant status bar..?

i need help i cant seem to find to put my status bar on its always clear..were do i delete it?

im using binDelnoch theme..

Bump -- I have the same problem, also, when I hold one of the icons [to make them wiggle], my background moves down and makes a clear status bar at the top. Not sure what's going on, any clue on how to fix that?
