Where to get every icon for every app for the iphone?

is it possible to get every icon for every app for the iphone?
if so where can I?
I want to make a new theme by tweaking the icons

not sure if there's a complete theme that the creator would want you using his icons outside of his theme.

nope
I've worked many hours adding icons to our Application list and had to look at different website to find them.
Those bottom two were the best ones and the first one is ours... not complete but still a work in progress
