can someone tweak these icons?

Hi, this is my homescreen right now:



i love those icons but it cutts of the text.. could someone please take those icons and make the bottom of them transparent or something so the text is fully readable? that would be awsome! here is the link to download the icons, i only need the ones on my homescreen to be photoshoped:

i want that dock also
