Need help with icons.

I've been working on a theme for my girlfriends Itouch and I'm running into some trouble with icons. I have the bright pink but I want to make it look like the pale pink with the gradient. Can some explain an easy way to do this or even make me a blank icon like the pale pink one. Basically I want the cydia icon transfer to the pale one. Directions would be awesome. I have photoshop cs4 and know how to use it alittle. Thanks alot.

OK. I've figured out how to do it but where do I find all the different images to create the icons. Like for example the umberlla and cydia icon about. Anyone have a link to a psd file for this. Thanks

This isn't exactly what you're looking for but I'm sure you'll find some use for it. It's a psd file for icons similar to what you made.
