How to go about making custom icons
Hey guys, i've got Photoshop, so i'm assuming I can use that. I want to do VERY simple icons, like text only with a slightly transparent background, almost like the theme "Re-Text" but in a different font. I want to create my own so I can get the colors I want and all the icons I need. Just curious as how to go about that!
Thanks,
Adam
edit: just reread and thought i'd add my specific questions:
1. What size are the icons?
2. What do I save the icons as?
3. Where do I put them in the phone via DiskAid?

how does the phone determine what icon goes with what application? does it have to have a specific file name?

What ever name is listed on your springboard is the name the icon needs.
with .png at the end of itIf I can't mod it...I don't want it.
