how to change Lock screen image on WB theme

Ok here's the deal I love the Apple Fader theme very complete. However I was just blessed with twins and would like their picture to come up when the phone is locked. First off what size should I make the picture I forgot. I remember it should be .png and should be placed in a folder but again can't remember that either. Oh and know I have to change the permisions. sorry for all the newbie questions I'm really tired Babies still in hospital as they were premies. this is the first time on the pc in a week and that is a miricle for me. So any help would be appreciated. I just don't have time to look up the answeres.

The picture should be 320X480 and ur right about the .png extension. Then u need to ssh

to Library/Themes/AppleFader (assuming thats the name) and drop the picture in that main folder. (the picture should be named LockBackground.png)
