Can someone help me mod LockDockBar?

Hello everyone. I've been looking for a way to modify the LockDockBar. I have something specific I'd like to do with it, and I haven't gotten any response back from the creator. Here's what I'd like to do.

This is my phone's lockscreen with the LockDockBar enabled.

This is what I want to do with the LockDockBar.

Eventually, I want it to look something like this. The lockscreen though, not the Springboard, as the person who created this is doing.

Any ideas?
