i installed summerboard 3.2, the default themes seem to be working but when i download some themes, they show up in SMB but when i select them and go back to the home screen, the only thing that changes is that the background is now the picture from my lock screen.

i tried reinstalling and then using the 1.1.3/4 patch and the same thing happens. anyone else with this problem find a fix?

Try restarting your phone.

If that doesn't work, re-install and then restart your iPhone and try.
