Changing color of popup box?

Hi, I found a really great theme, but it's all black, and the popup boxes stay the default blue. Does anyone know of a way to make them black?

I'm talking about this kind of notification/message/alert box, whatever it's called:

you'll have to make your own addition to the theme and make them black yourself

Go onto cydia, and check out a package called "Popup Colours", It comes with 7 different colours, including Aqua, black, green, orange, pink, purple, red and yellow. You have to activate them in WinterBoard or just SSH the colour you would like into your theme you are using
