Default Moving the "X" in SBSettings

I don't know where to post this, so mods please move it to the right place if this is wrong, cause this might be a programming question.

But is it possible to create a mod that moves the "X" that closes SBSettings from the top left of the screen to the top right of the screen? I know this sounds trivial, but it would actually make a HUGE difference for a Vista theme.

Any help would be MUCH appreciated!!

    Thanks!

Come on guys... if those monkey's working at Apple could figure out a way to bypass all the "security issues" and develope such advanced software as "copy and Paste". Something like this should be a cakewalk for the JB community.

    Anyone?????
