[Request] Guide for Dialer

I can't seem to find a recent guide on how to create a dialer for use in 2.2.1.

Anyone have any suggestions?

I would download a dialer theme form Cydia and then reverse engineer it. That is what I did. Worked like a charm.

I could, but I don't know where any of the files are located. Hence the guide, and I would like to avoid having to restore when I make a mistake that should be obvious, because I will.

this is what i am looking for too. like what size png is the dialer where i goes and so on. if you find one please let me know.

Like galaxygrrl mentioned, download a custom dialer from Cydia.

SSH into phone goto: /Library/Themes/<-- here you will find the custom dialer you downloaded along with all other Winterboard themes you have.

Drag the custom dialer theme to your desktop and check out the structure/images.

This way you will see exactly how to compile your dialer theme, what size images are needed, how they are named and where they are located.

I noticed that a few of the Dialers on Cydia uses a spiderman template. I have seen the spider symbol in a couple of the packages
