Neon Theme for 2.2

I have 2.2 firmware and really want the neon theme. Can anyone please walk me through on how to going about this?

I think it's the one called NEONstandard in Cydia since the author's name is the same.

If you haven't already, get Winterboard from Cydia first, then get NEONstandard.

Go into Winterboard and check NEONstandard.
