Basically, I'm trying to change the Apple Logo that you see when you turn on your iPhone. It's a silver apple. The Wiki page says that I need to just replace the logo that's in /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/applelogo.png
So, I did that, but it didn't work. I still see the silver apple. (I made a gold apple instead). Can someone help me?

the image file you changed only loads when SpringBoard.app loads, which is after startup. I would bet that the apple logo at startup is part of the bootloader, meaning it's hard-wired in.
if I;m wrong and anyone knows, I would love to do the same thing.

So, it's kinda like Windows Logo you see when you start up a Windows PC?
That does sound hard to beat...
I hope one of iPhone hack geniuses here can figure out a way to crack it.
