If you mean the weather/ time widget, try MacThemes.
Search in releases (iPhone) WAD widget . Or in cydia search for WAD. Hope this helps

Yep it's Glass Orb, you can find it in Cydia. You need also the 5 icon dock with it, which you can find also in Cydia.
