If you mean the weather/ time widget, try MacThemes.
Search in releases (iPhone) WAD widget . Or in cydia search for WAD. Hope this helps

or you can add this repo to cydia and get it that way though you will probably have to go to the forums if you want to configure it as i explain a lot through all 14 pages.

i do have one more question, i have been searching all day but with no luck. what theme is this dock from? i can find plenty of pics with this dock but cannot find the theme name

Yep it's Glass Orb, you can find it in Cydia. You need also the 5 icon dock with it, which you can find also in Cydia.
