Trouble with carrier logo changing

Can any one help me?
I cant change the AT&T logo i mean i did it before i did a restore and re-pwn a few days ago i had the orange signal bars and the Apple logo

and i changed the Default_CARRIER_ATT.png file, didnt work and i tried both default and the FSO file and it still wont change (and i did a reboot after every time) >

WTF! some one help Mee! lol
