Make a folder called "Battery" or whatever in the Winterboard themes folder. Under that folder create subfolders called "Bundles" and under that folder "com.apple.springboard". Now put all of your Battery??.png files in there. Check it off in Winterboard and respring. That will work.

You can copy the battery theme you just made and call it battery1, battery2, etc. Each of the folders can have your different batteries and just switch between them in Winterboard.

No problem. For carrier logos create another folder under your "Bundles" called "com.apple.ATT_US". ATT is the network and US is for United States. I assume thats what you are using. In that folder is where you will place your custom "Default_CARRIER_ATT" and "FSO_CARRIER_ATT". Good luck and have fun with it.
