Today, I finally said yes to updating the carrier settings in itunes. Been getting the pop-up everytime I connected my phone for a week or so.

I have Winterboard but I had changed the carrier icons manually via SSH to ensure good phone performance.

I had changed em here:

System/Library/CarrierBundles/ATT_US.bundle

and changed the following...

Default_CARRIER_ATT and FSO_CARRIER_ATT

after I updated the carrier setting I notice they were back to the default AT&T logos.

I went in and changed them again and no change! And yes, I did a full reboot.

I tried changing them with Winterboard and it works but I want it done manually.

Any suggestions?
