Ok I have made a dialer in photo shop using easy dialer, if someone can tell me how to get the file out of photo shop and onto my phone ?? any help would be greatly appreciated

Save as .png format. And you have to ssh into your phone. You can easily find tutorials on how to do that if you don't know how to do it.

Also, if you don't know what to name your new files just download a theme that includes the stuff you want and look at their file structure.
