Hey guys i'm new to post on this forum srry if this is on the wrong forum plz move it to the right one if it was placed wrong

hey guys i want to get a new boot logo for my iphone 3G
so if anyone can make me a boot logo as the one below

and just take the penguin out and put this image in there

also if you can put this pic in for the penguin

i want both the flags to be within the apple logo and special effect at the back and i want the background black.So two different logo on with the flag and one with the tiger.So there should be two Boot Logo's one with the flag and the other one with a tiger flag Also the size for the final boot logo should be 320x480. Can you also make it the apple size half the picture and below the apple logo one say

Think Sri Lanka

and the other one say

Think Tamil Tigers

If you have time then please make me my request, if not can you please get my a tut on how to do it. Pm me or post for more info or if your not clear

Not sure what you want is it two apple logos one as the tiger and one as the other flag and what special effects are you talking about?
