info.plist for removing icon labels?

I'm trying to get my Winterboard install as minimal as possible. So I've been ssh'ing in and replacing the default artwork etc to get my phone themed the way I want it without using Winterboard. Right now I have Winterboard only setting the background image, the bar under the clock of the lockscreen (still trying to fix that one) and removing all of the icon labels.

Now from everything I've read, you can't set the background under the icons without Winterboard. That sucks, but oh well. Right now the main thing on my agenda is to remove the icon labels, but I can't find any info on what info.plist file to modify to remove them. Anybody out there know?
