Default How to remove lockscreen date and time
    http://www.*************/showthread.php?t=19400

To remove the lockscreen time: ssh into system library fonts cache and replace LockClock with this modded file:
    LockClock.ttf
(Remember to SAVE the one you are overwriting!)

To remove the date, ssh into /System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/DateFormats and add the following file:
    en.plist

Bear in mind the above file is compatible with most phones but some european phones the plist will have to renamed to your area. For instance, if you live in France, you will have to rename en.plist to fr.plist.
