Popup backgrounds

What is the name of the file that controls the popup backgrounds? I've been trying to figure it out, but no luck...mine is still the default blue.
I'd like to maybe make it a pinkish color (or maybe a silver) to match the rest of my theme (pinks/black)

Where did you get the purple buttons on the bottom?

they're actually pink. i found a hello kitty phone skin and used them. I can't remember who made it, but it was from mmi. the killsigncarbonpink theme also has pink buttons i believe
