theming without Winterboard

I just got rid of Winterboard (the extra RAM is amazing), and I want to put some of the themes I had back on my iPhone. Where are the files for the sliders, keyboard, and battery?

MAKE SURE YOU BACK UP THE ORIGINAL FILES FIRST

The Keyboard is a .artwork and located in "/System/Library/Frameworks/UIKit.framework/Keyboard-Common.artwork"

I'm not sure how to edit .artwork files, but if you could find out and tell me that would be great.

The battery images are found in "/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app"

There are 17 battery images, 1 being empty and 17 being full.

I don't know where the sliders are located, sorry.

I found where the sliders are. The main slider (gray one) is in

"/System/Library/Frameworks/TelephonyUI.framework/bottombarknobgray.png"

The power off slider is in:
"/System/Library/Frameworks/TelephonyUI.framework/bottombarknobred.png"
