File Browser 1.1.4 ?? File Swaps for Theme

Hello, I recently used ziphone to upgrade to 1.1.4 and jailbreak my iphone.. I was on 1.1.2 for a while.. now I want to try and browse my iphone to make it where i can add my own battery images and stuff I had on my laptop (windows)

Does anyone know how I can go about doing this now with 1.1.4 ? I tried iphone browser it used to work but now it does it just says ROOT and shows itunes control and my iphone camera pictures nothing else at all..

You can use WinScp to upload the images to your phone.

Everything was so like automatic with this version of jailbreaking compared to 1.1.2 java script version where u can have ssh and choose passwords.. does this 1.1.4 from ziphone have ssh already? would u know by any chance?

Well, you can go to installer and download OpenSSH for a start...
Then, using WinSCP, you can browse files and upload as you wish.

The host is your IP Address [Found in Settings > Wi-fi > [Your Network]]
The username is "root"
The password is "alpine"

Good luck.
Then you upload themes to "/var/mobile/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/"

Got it working thank you.. I was having the problem with main script execution failed but fixed that i think so far and got it all working now with my themes etc..etc.. thanks for the help!


is there a special way to do the carrier logos now? im trying the old original way CoreServices etc..etc.. like the battery but not workin

umm, i think you upload to "/var/mobile/Library/Carrier Bundle/"

But I may be wrong.. i will go test for ya..

Edit: Yeah.. that is the path. just upload the two regular ones there and restart your phone (FSO_CARRIER_ATT.png[lighter one] && Default_CARRIER_ATT.png[darker one])

BTW, you can use iPhoneBrowser if you install the ZiPhone iBrickr Fix from the i.unlock.no repository (or if you manually add the afc2 service to the Services.plist file in the /System/Library/Lockdown folder - I used vi, but wouldn't recommend it ).
