Then you just need to find the location of any file you wish to change and change it...

Use logome from cydia no jailbreak or ssh required

But you have to upload the image to a server, like imagecross

Easy as pie. BTW image has to be iPhone standard no buts.

Technically, to get Cydia you have to jailbreak. But LogoMe no SSH required.
