How do i Save my SpringBoard Icon Order?

I hate having to switch my icon layout everytime i switch themes.
Is it possible to save the order of the icons? Please someone answer, thanks!

The icons should stay where you put them. The only thing that could mess this up is Kate. Kate is the devil. If you have it installed, it will rearrange your springboard every time you respring. You need to open it up and uncheck ALL the options, then uninstall, never to be looked at again!

Any ideas how to save/restore after a complete pwnage/quickpwn, similar in concept to AptBackup? Started over (3rd time this month). Getting tired of moving all these icons around.

No its not that they get re-arranged its that for some theme a need say a row of 'blank' apps and other themes i dont, i wanna save the order i have them in so that i just ssh that file in and out for each theme...get it?

I am trying to do the same, so far I only found info how to do it with FW1.1.3 but not FW2.xx. I have the first springboard page full with blank apps except for the calendar icon. It would make things alot easier for me to theme my phone with different themes.

The order of the icons on SpringBoard is stored in /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/com.apple.springboard.plist under the key iconState.

Be very careful. The installed apps must match the .plist.
