Settings background color

I want to change the background color in the settings app. Where is it located? Any help would be great.

I honestly don't know what thats called but, you can install entire blue or complete blue theme via cydia. This will change the background and many other things of tons of apps including settings, phone, contacts, etc.. You could download this theme and then hopefully find the name of the settings background through it. Hope this helps.

Thanks iv tried that. Im working on a new theme and thats the only thing i cant find to change. Any themers out there that can help me?
