Is it possible to use Vwallpaper with the glass orb theme

I tried everything and cant seem to get it working, any help would greatly be appreciated.

go to vwallpaper put any video u want and put enable on, then go to icy/cydia and download citylights, go to winterboard and enable city lights and enable glass orb hit home button. when it restarts springboard your video you wanted should show up. if it doesnt work let me know
