How to install ?

Hello all...I'm a frenchy and a new user of Iphone 3G. I've jailbreak it and i'm on 2.2
I've found a theme, in the iphone themes in weather-app-screens.
It is on the page 2, cloudsV2

I've dl it but I do not know how to install it...can you help me please.

I use WIncsp and sorry for may english, i try to do the best

try this...
1)ssh into ur iphone
2)go to /applications/weather.app/ (folder)
3)unzip the cloudsv2 to your desktop
4)rename both files as weather_day_bkgd.png (for ur day background) & weather_night_bkgd.png (for ur night background)
5)now drop these files that you have just renamed to the above mentioned folder
6)then respring

OR...
1)download winterboard from cydia
2)download your chosen weather background themes
3)open winterboard
4)check your desired weather theme
5)drag that theme to the top of the lists
6)exit winterboard (it will automatically respring for the changes to take effect.)

its done baby!
