Right so I feel like creating a theme for the iphone but am lacking in ideas on what to base it on, does anybody have any ideas for me?

This would depend on how much time you wanted to put into a project & your skill level...

I always wanted a complete UI in white
[yes I know this isn't a theme]
I think a white version of Mac UI would look good.
