Keep a theme, but change the wallpaper??

Hey guys, I know in the old winterboard you were able to select if you wanted the themes wallpaper or if you wanted your own wallpaper to show with the theme icons. With 2.2 how can I keep the theme icons but replace its wallpaper with one of my own liking?

Also anybody know how to customize system strings?

change the order of the themes and wallpaper in winterboard
like as in the change the priorities i think?
