Info.plist Help Please!! :(

Ok, I removed the file "info.plist" from a folder on my phone I cannot remember where it was put! I cannot get into my "recent calls, cannot open my mail (when I click the mail icon, it goes back to the home screen and the word "on" is not appearing on any of the "on/off" sliders! Anyone have an idea??? I have the file but dont know where it goes! Please someone help!
