Removing Vibration When Connecting charger

I'm using an InCase Charger/case and when drained and plugged in, the phone vibrates, indicating it's charging. The problem is that it does this incrementally throughout its charging cycle in the middle of the night.
Is there anyway to remove the vibration entirely when the phone is plugged in? Disabling both vibration toggles under settings does not seem to affect this part.
