if i have a wallpaper theme that changes every hour, how can i edit the wallpaper.html file to where the wallpaper image changes every lets say 15 seconds?

Open Wallpaper.html with your favorite text editor (like notepad), and change 60000 (60000 milliseconds = 1 hour), to 15000.

This number should be inside a javascript function. Either setTimeout() or setInterval().
