'slide to unlock' background colour

Hi,

I am looking for a way to change the background colour behind the 'slide to unlock' text.

By default its white, but i fancy blue

I have found an image in another thread but there are no details on where to install it in my theme....

Any help appreciated

Can anyone assist me with this as i'm still unable to find an answer that doesn't involve changing a default file.
