Ok, I think I have it now. But one question!? When transfering files from your computer (themes/apps) to your phone, you need it connected to the computer USB right?

You do not need to connect to the computer to ssh it is done with WiFi.

Yes correct and the wifi ip address can be accessed easily with SBSettings
