when i install this theme and try to apply it it doesnt even show up in winterboard, does anyone know why? and also i noticed that in the screenshot they have the title bar is a dark blue with black arrows to go back and forth, does anyone know what theme that is? thanks

you gotta ssh, from the root go to library, then youll see fracture at the bottom of the list , u just need to move it up into themes and thats it!
