ok, this is mine that i finally figured out how to somewhat make. my only problem is i couldn`t figure out how to make it outlined in black and color the inside. i`m using photoshop cs2 if any1 can help me. thanx deuceswild for the .psd

Hey Alex, I couldn't get iAlex because the font you requested is CAPS ONLY.

If you want a lower case "i" in front, it'll have to be a different font. I posted it with just ALEX with and without the apple

The easiest way for you would be to make the font color black. Right click on the font layer, and "rasterize type". This turns it into an image instead of text, so it'll be non-editable.

Simply choose the paint bucket, choose blue, and fill the empty spaces.

Or if you like the way I did my outlined logos in a few posts, I can walk you through it.

This is tough. There is a limit to how much vertical space, and as you can see from the below image, there is not enough room.

I made you a few logos -- tell me if any of these work.

If you supply what goes inside (the pictures) then I could throw them into some icons for you. Give me the color you want, along with the pics, I'll put them into my ready-made icon file and we'll rock.

Sure, get a different font (I'm at work, don't remember the name of the font I used for Jeffrey, but for the newest bunch I use fatboy slim. Search google for Graffiti fonts and it's one of the first few links)

With your new graffiti font selected, type what you want it to say.
Create a new layer, put it below your font layer

With your new, empty layer selected, hold down control, and click on your text (this should select your text but keep you on the blank layer)

Go to select -> modify -> expand, type in 1 pixel

Edit-> Fill (black or white or whatever color you'd like)

Make SURE that you're filling the empty layer.
