Open Source iPhone Theme
I have started a new open source (anyone can edit it) iPhone theme I'm making. Feel free to download the file, edit it, and send your changes to me, I might publish them with your name in the credit. Currently I am looking for people to fill all positions from icon builder to background builder, to carrier logo designer, to tester.
And yes, most parts of this theme come from other themes, but the authors will be contacted before I publish this, and I will make sure they give me the OK.
If you are interested, contact me at [email protected]
You can download the current theme at http://drop.io/opensourcetheme
When there, select the file named source-theme.zip

That site won't let me download it. Loops back to the main page when I try. Try another file hosting site.
edit: never mind, it just took a couple tries.Last edited by 461am; 11-22-2008 at 12:53 PM.

Theme mirror on Drop.io
I mirrored the theme at Drop.io opensourcetheme because the original like was very slow and sometimes did not work. Anyone can upload edits to this site without logging in. I recommend switching the hosting here.

Ya sorry about that- it's a beta service. I'll have a new download link ASAP
The new URL for my theme is Drop.io opensourcetheme. When there, select the one called opensourcetheme.theme.zip. Thx to all that help!
BTW
Theme.zip is a bad download. So is the previously posted link that i mentioned in the first post I made in this thread.Last edited by abramson1111; 11-22-2008 at 01:53 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

Sorry, I had one MORE problem that has now been resolved - download the file named source-theme.zip. Screenshots to be attached in a post later today (hopefully in the next hour)

Here are screenshots
You'll notice that so far, this theme is just compiled from 3 themes, plus some images by DoocesWild. The themes currently used are Buuf 2, Halo, and Tux (at least I think those are the names. If not, the names are VERY similar).
Thanks for being so helpful on my first open source project ever.
Sorry the carrier logo says abramson btw, I need to change that...

I don't mean to be a party pooper, but isn't this just a slightly altered buff2 theme?

Redcard- you REALLY MUST read the whole thread before making comments like that
"Here are screenshots

Hope you learn...
