request for a new theme

i asked before,and nobody sems to care,i am a newbie and have no idea how to make a theme(i dont need step by step,i just simply cant)i need someone to help me make a theme i will pay..i have all the drawings,but i need icons,battery, wallpaper sliders,everything..please help...i'll pay!!...thanks

Can you post your ideas up? If its drawings on paper....then scan them and post em up. Im sure someone can lend you a hand. I can take a look at them....if you can get em up.
