Customize 2.1.1 does not load, I cant delete my windows vista theme

Hello.

I download a windows vista theme with customize, but now I cant delete it.

I have downloaded winterboard, and downloaded themes, and applied themes and everything works fine, except the LOCK Screen (battery screen), its still with the windows vista lock screen and I havent been able to take that off my iphone
