using custom made boot logos on 2.1
I recently upgraded my iPod Touch's firmware to 2.1 so i could get some appstore action. Then I Quickpwned it. It's been pretty good, but I was disappointed that you couldn't use your own custom boot logos. You either had to use the stock apple ones, or the pwnapple. Then I found Logome on Cydia. Since you can only download boot logos and then use them, I'm gonna put my boot logo on here.
Therefore, this thread is really only useful to me.
If you read this, I'm sorry I wasted your time!

You can use your own boot logos in Quickpwn if you use winrar to extract the files and replace the boot logo file with the one you want to use instead.

It worked.

But that would include re-pwning my iPod.You can use your own boot logos in Quickpwn if you use winrar to extract the files and replace the boot logo file with the one you want to use instead.

Exactly using LogoMe is quick and simple and better to use than through the jailbreak process. With LogoMe you can add pictures as a boot logo.
