Fat Tire Battery Skin...

Hey.
Would anybody with skills be interested in making a Fat Tire skin for the large battery/lockscreen based on the large can in this photo? http://thefullpint.com/main/wp-conte...t-tire-can.jpg

And would releasing in Cydia be a problem?

Just throwing it out there since I lack such skills as these and there's bound to be someone out there with good taste in beer...
