will anybody be willing to make a winterboard theme for me,i have all the drawings.but i want a complete theme...sliders,icons,dialers,backgrounds,etc,etc. i am willing to pay for it...you might say it is fun to make it,the problem I lack the skills!!..thanks!

This is slightly off topic but I will ask anyway:
Has anyone tried (or know of anyone who has tried) to submit a theme to apple? I guess like an App that applies the theme without using winterboard and such? And for that matter... has winterboard ever been submitted to Apple? I assume the answer is that it breaks some sort of agreement with Apple to alter their springboard, but I was just curious

Altering the OS is an astounding NO. So, I'm positive no one has submitted any relative app such as winterboard to the AppStore. It's an obvious rejection...
