Default Clock on the status bar in lock screen

Well, I got the BIG clock on the lock screen removed finally :-) But theres one problem, to see the time, I have to always SLIDE TO UNLOCK the phone. Is there anyway, I can have the clock show up on the status bar instead of the lock icon like on the springboard?

? You got rid of the big clock for a visual enhancement, but now want the clock back in a specific way? Good luck.

You create a LockBackground.html firstly, then you have to use trial and error in placing the clock in that location. You also are gonna have to pick your size, shadow and so forth. Get the hopping.

Default How to remove the bar in back of the lock screen clock?

Has anyone ever figuard out how to remove that black and gray bar in back of the lock screen clock? I was able to remove the status bar by making it transparent, I figuar if I can find out where the clocks background .png file is I could alter that and make that transparent too and have a smooooooth lock screen.

    Default Transparent Clock Bar

    It's on there.

Or if you're too lazy to go follow the link, here's what he said.

You can make it transparent through UIImages.
Unzip this file, ssh the contents into the winterboard theme you are using. If a UIImages folder already exists in the theme then take the UILCDBackground.png (It's in the zipped file) and drag it into the folder, overwriting the existing .png file.
This will make the clock-bar transparent.

And here's the link for it. (:
I wanted to find out how to do that too, and it works fine.

Can't you just get Lockscreen Clock Hide from the modmyi source in Cydia? It puts options in settings to both hide the big clock and to put the statusbar clock on the lockscreen, no html scripts required.
